Would you like to learn more about the amazing party rentals we have available? At Happily Ever After LLC, we understand that planning a party can be a stressful process. You want to make sure that everything goes well and that your guests have a great time. At the same time, you don't want to be saddled with an overabundance of work - you have other things to worry about! We want to make the party planning and party rental reservation as quick and painless as possible. That's why we have provided the answers to some of your most frequently-asked questions so you can be better prepared when planning that perfect event!

How much does it cost to rent an inflatable?

Each inflatable is different, so the costs are different. Pricing depends on the size of the inflatable and the hours requested. Call us and we will be glad to give you a quote and assist you in making your event a success!

Is a deposit required?

A $50.00 deposit is required, but the deposit does apply to your total balance. A deposit guarantees your reservation. If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation we can only refund $25.00 of your deposit.

How do I reserve an inflatable?

Either fill out our contact form or call us and we will be glad to make the reservation for you. Our dedicated staff will answer any and all questions you have and assist in selecting the right inflatable for your event.

How soon should I reserve my inflatable?

Like everything else "the sooner the better". Because demand varies the sooner you reserve your inflatable the better chance you have at getting it.

How long are the rentals?

Typically you can rent an inflatable for 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, or a whole day. Because we want to make your event a success we will gladly extend the rental period based on a prorated fee basis. Extended rental periods are based on the availablity of the inflatable. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the availablity of your inflatable during your event dates.

What happens if my event is cancelled due to weather?

We will contact you the day of your event to reschedule or to discuss other alternatives. Unfortunetly due to safety issues we will not be able to deliver your inflatable in inclement weather. If you choose not to cancel your event due to inclimate weather and your event is cut short, the full amount is due. We do not offer rain checks or refunds once the inflatable is set up. It is more difficult for us to deal with wet equipment.Inclimate weather is heavy rain, ligthening, snow, hail, temperature below 32 degrees, high winds, tornado's, or hurricanes.

If the winds exceeds 15 mph during your event, please remove all riders, unplug the blower to deflate it. After wind dies down you may plug blower back in and use inflatable.

How long does it take to set up an inflatable?

Typically set up takes about 30 minutes depending on the size of the inflatable.

Where can the inflatable be set up?

It is safe to set up the inflatable on most surfaces including grass, concrete, asphalt, and indoors. The equipment cannot be set up in dirt, mud, sand, rocks, or mulch. We do not setup under trees, powerlines, or near anything that can be potentially dangerous.

How much space do I need for the inflatable unit?

Each of our inflatables vary in size, but typically we ask for 16 feet by 16 feet for a standard inflatable. Please make sure that there are no trees, low wires, or anything else that can be potentially dangerous to your guests.

How safe is an inflatable?

Inflatables are safer than playground equipment when used in the appropriate manner. Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing, flipping or running into one another can cause serious injury. Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of the children.
